Common use of Amendment to Article 5 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Article 5. Article 5 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following language as Section 5.10 thereof:

Amendment to Article 5. A new Section 5.16 of the Credit Agreement is hereby added to Article 5 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting immediately following Section 5.15 of the following language Credit Agreement as Section 5.10 thereoffollows:
