Common use of Amendment to Article VII Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Article VII. Article VII of the Revolving Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting and replacing Section 7.04 in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Article VII. Article VII of the Revolving Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting and replacing Section 7.04 sub-Article VII (s), inserting the following in its entirety as followslieu thereof:

Amendment to Article VII. Article VII of the Revolving Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting and replacing Section 7.04 it in its entirety as follows:and inserting in lieu thereof the provisions in Annex I hereto.
