Common use of Amendment to Article VIII Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Article VIII. Section 8.1.5 ("Default on other Indebtedness") of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:

Amendment to Article VIII. Section 8.1.5 ("Default on other Indebtedness") Article VIII of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety by adding the following Section 8.19 to read as followsthe end thereof:

Amendment to Article VIII. A new Section 8.1.5 ("Default on other Indebtedness") of 8.16 is hereby added to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
