Amendment to Article XIII. Article XIII of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new Section 13.8 at the end thereof:
Amendment to Article XIII. Article XIII of the Agreement is hereby amended and supplemented to include the following new negative covenant as Section 13.9:
Amendment to Article XIII. Article XIII of the Operating Agreement hereby is amended by adding the following Section 13.18.1 after Section 13.18:
Amendment to Article XIII. This Article XIII shall not be amended except by the consent of the Managing General Partner, and the holders of a majority of the then outstanding Percentage Interests of the Class A Limited Partners.
Amendment to Article XIII. This Article XIII shall not be amended except by the consent of all Partners.
Amendment to Article XIII. The parties acknowledge and agree that, with respect to the Transfer Sites, for all purposes under Article XIII, each reference to the Closing Date and the Closing, respectively, shall be replaced with a reference to the Transfer Date and the Transfer Closing, respectively.

Amendment to Article XIII. (a) Article XIII (Investment in [MRI Interventions]) of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Sections 2 and 3.
Amendment to Article XIII. Section 13.01(e) of the Agreement is hereby amended by replacing such section in its entirety with the following:
