Percentage Interests definition

Percentage Interests shall have the meaning specified in the Trust Agreement.

  • A Member may assign all or any part of such Member’s interest in the allocations and distributions of the Company to any of the following (collectively the “permitted assignees”): any person, corporation, partnership, or other entity as to which the Company has given consent to the assignment of such interest in the allocations and distributions of the Company by the affirmative vote or consent of the Member(s) holding a majority of the Members’ Percentage Interests.

  • At any meeting of the Members, the presence of Members holding a majority of the Members’ Percentage Interests, as determined from the books of the Company, represented in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of the general business of the Company.

More Definitions of Percentage Interests

Percentage Interests has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Percentage Interests means the Member's Interest in the Company, stated as a percentage, determined by dividing the number of Units held by the Member by the total number of issued and outstanding Units held by all Members.
