Amendment to Definition of “Fixed Charges. The definition of “Fixed Charges” set forth in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the phrase “interest expense (other than payment-in-kind)” with the phrase “Cash Interest Expense”.
