Common use of Amendment to Definition of “Term Loan Maturity Date Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Definition of “Term Loan Maturity Date. In accordance with Section 23.1 of the Loan Agreement, the Administrative Agent and the Consenting Lenders agree that the definition of “Term Loan Maturity Date” set forth in Section 1.1.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “January 15, 2010” appearing therein and replacing it with “February 5, 2010.”
