Common use of Amendment to E-TENDER Document Clause in Contracts

Amendment to E-TENDER Document. 2.5.1 At any time prior to the deadline for the submission of Bids, Reserve Bank of India may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification or query raised by a prospective Tenderer, modify the E-TENDER by an amendment and same will be uploaded in the form of Corrigendum on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxx for information of prospective bidders.
