Common use of Amendment to Exhibit F Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Exhibit F. Exhibit F (Form of Borrowing Base Certificate) to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit F attached to this Amendment.

Amendment to Exhibit F. Exhibit F (Form of Borrowing Base Certificate) to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the form of Exhibit F attached to this Amendmenthereto as Annex A is substituted in lieu thereof.
