Common use of Amendment to Fee Schedule Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Fee Schedule. The Fee Schedule annexed to the Deposit Agreement as Exhibit B is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and inserting Exhibit B to this Amendment in its stead.

Amendment to Fee Schedule.
