Amendment to Granting Clause. The Granting Clause is hereby amended by (A) deleting the words "the Obligations" appearing in Paragraph 1 therein and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Tranches A and B Obligations", (B) inserting the words "(subject to the prior rights granted to the Tranche C Collateral Agent on the Tranche C Priority Collateral)" immediately after the words "such other Persons, a first priority" appearing in Paragraph 1 therein and (C) inserting the words "(subject to the prior rights granted to the Tranche C Collateral Agent on the Tranche C Priority Collateral)" immediately after the words "continuing security interest in and first priority" appearing in Paragraph 1 therein.
