Amendment to Investors’ Rights Agreement. The Company and certain of the Company’s existing shareholders shall have executed and delivered the Amendment No. 1 to the Amended and Restated Investors’ Rights Agreement in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A-2.
Amendment to Investors’ Rights Agreement. The Purchaser shall have executed and delivered the Amendment to Investors’ Rights Agreement.
Amendment to Investors’ Rights Agreement. The Company and the Purchaser (provided that the Purchaser shall not rely upon this condition to excuse the Purchaser’s performance hereunder) shall have executed and delivered the Amendment to Investors’ Rights Agreement.
