Common use of Amendment to Original Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Original Agreement. 1.1 Section 2 (C) of Agreement is hereby amended by extending the Contractor Ending Date one year, from June 30, 2015, to June 30, 2016. 1.2 Section 2 (G) of the Agreement is hereby amended by amending insurance requirements to those as described in “Exhibit A – First Amendment,” entitled “Insurance Requirements.” 2.1 Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
