Amendment to Penultimate Sentence of Clause. (a). The penultimate sentence of clause (a) of Section 2.9 of the Loan Agreement shall be deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following: “Accrued commitment fees shall be payable in arrears on the last Business Day of March, June, September and December of each year, commencing on the first of such dates to occur after the Closing Date (as defined in the Original Loan Agreement and this Agreement, as applicable) or the Amendment Closing Date, as applicable, and on the last day of the applicable Commitment Period.”
