Amendment to Priority of Payments or Relevant Documents. Party B hereby covenants in favour of Party A that it shall not agree to any amendment to the Revenue Priority of Payments, Principal Priority of Payments, the Enforcement Priority of Payments or any Relevant Document that it considers to be materially prejudicial to Party A without first gaining the prior written consent of Party A.
