Common use of Amendment to Schedule 4 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Schedule 4. 16. The Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Schedule 4.16 thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof Schedule 4.16 attached hereto.

Amendment to Schedule 4. 164. The Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Schedule 4.16 4.4 thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof Schedule 4.16 4.4 attached hereto.

Amendment to Schedule 4. 166. The Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Schedule 4.16 4.6 thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof Schedule 4.16 4.6 attached hereto.
