Amendment to Section 11.06(d) of the Credit Agreement. The third sentence of clause (d) of Section 11.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read in full as follows: Subject to subsection (e) of this Section, the Borrower agrees that each Participant shall be entitled to the benefits of Section 3.01, Section 3.04 and Section 3.05 (provided such Participant agrees to be subject to the limitations and requirements therein as though it were a Lender (it being understood that the documentation required under Section 3.01(g), Section 3.01(h) and Section 3.01(i) shall be delivered to the participating Lender)) to the same extent as if it were a Lender and had acquired its interest by assignment pursuant to Section 11.06(b).
