Amendment to Section 2.18(b). Section 2.18(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to insert a new sentence immediately after the last sentence therein which shall read in full as follows: “Notwithstanding the foregoing, Excluded Swap Obligations with respect to any Loan Guarantor shall not be paid with amounts received from such Loan Guarantor or its assets, but appropriate adjustments shall be made with respect to payments from other Loan Parties to preserve the allocations of the Obligations otherwise set forth above in this Section 2.18(b).”
