Amendment to Section 3.01(b). In Section 3.01(b) of the Management Services Agreement, the amount “7,145,046” shall be changed to read “8,810,934.”
Amendment to Section 3.01(b). Section 3.01(b) of the Original Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following:
Amendment to Section 3.01(b). Section 3.01(b) of the Merger Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
Amendment to Section 3.01(b). Section 3.01(b) of the Mortgage is hereby amended by (A) inserting the words "in accordance with Section 2.13(e) of the Credit Agreement," immediately after the words "give the Collateral Agent written notice thereof and prepay an aggregate principal amount of the Loans" appearing therein and (B) inserting the following new sentence after the sentence immediately following the final sentence appearing in the final paragraph therein: "Any Replacement Engine which substitutes for an engine which prior to such substitution constituted Tranche A and B Priority Collateral shall constitute Tranche A and B Priority Collateral. Any Replacement Engine which substitutes for an engine which prior to such substitution constituted Tranche C Priority Collateral shall constitute Tranche C Priority Collateral.".
