Amendment to Section 39 (Right of Extend Term); New Right to Negotiate. In light of the First Extension Term, Section 39 of the Lease is hereby amended by deleting that provision in its entirety and replacing it with the following new Section 39 relating to a right to negotiate in favor of Tenant:
