Amendment to Section 4.1 of the Agreement. Section 4.1(a) of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: (a) At any time after the completion of the Initial Public Offering, a Stockholder may make a written request to the Issuer to register, and the Issuer shall register, on the appropriate form, under the Securities Act, the number of Registrable Securities stated in such request (a ‘Demand Registration’). Any request by AOLTW pursuant to this Section 4.1(a) may be made to facilitate the Separation (a ‘Separation Demand’).”
