Amendment to Section 6 of the Investment Management Agreement. Section 6 of the Investment Management Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following as Section 6 thereof: “Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, as used herein the term “Client” shall mean, collectively, Alpine Cayman Islands Limited, CEAKSCH Verwaltungs G.m.b.H. and each such entity’s successors and assigns.”
