Amendment to Section 7.21. Section 7.21 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating such section in its entirety to read in full as follows:
Amendment to Section 7.21. Section 7.21 of the Product Purchase Agreement is hereby amended to delete the clause “as soon as practicable but not later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date” and replace it with “on or before the Closing Date”.
Amendment to Section 7.21. Section 7.21 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to replace the reference to “90%” therein with “95%”.
