Section 9.01(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read as follows: The Borrower will not, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending December 31, 2018, permit its Current Ratio as of such day to be less than the ratio set forth below opposite such day:
