AMENDMENT TO SECTION I OF THE SCHEDULE. The text of Section I of the Schedule to the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and replacing it with the following: "Loans in a total amount at any time outstanding not to exceed the lesser of a total of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) at any one time outstanding (the "Maximum Dollar Amount"), or the sum of (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) below:
