Common use of Amendment to Subsection 2.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection 2.01. Subsection 2.01 of the Existing LC Facility is hereby amended by adding the phrase “, subject to the following proviso,” immediately after the phrase “each such Letter of Credit upon its Issuance to expire”.
