Common use of Amendment to Subsection 8 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection 8. 14. Subsection 8.14 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as of the Effective Date by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (u) thereof, replacing the period at the end of clause (v) thereof with a semicolon and the word “and”, and adding the following new clause (w) to the end of said subsection:

Amendment to Subsection 8. 143. Subsection 8.14 8.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as of the Effective Date by (a) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (us) thereof, replacing (b) deleting the period “.” at the end of clause (vt) thereof with a semicolon and the word substituting “; and”, ” in lieu thereof and adding (c) inserting the following new clause (wu) to at the end of said subsectionthereof:

Subsection 8.14 8.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as of the Effective Date by deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of clause (uh) thereof, replacing substituting a semicolon and the word “and” in lieu of the period at the end of clause (vi) thereof with a semicolon and the word “and”, and adding inserting the following new clause (wj) to the end of said subsectiontherein:

Amendment to Subsection 8. 1411. Subsection 8.14 8.11 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as of the Effective Date by (i) deleting the word “"and” " appearing at the end of clause (uc) thereof, (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (vd) thereof with a semicolon the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding at the word “and”, and adding end of such subsection the following new clause (w) to the end of said subsection:e):
