Common use of Amendment to Term Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Term Loan Agreement. Each of the undersigned Lenders and Agent hereby acknowledge that as of the Thirteenth Amendment Effective Date, Obligors, Term Agent and Term Loan Lenders are agreeing to the Sixth Amendment to Term Loan Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Annex I. Agent and Lenders hereby acknowledge and consent to the Sixth Amendment to Term Loan Agreement, including, without limitation, for purposes of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Amendment to Term Loan Agreement. Each of the undersigned Lenders and Agent hereby acknowledge that as of the Thirteenth Seventh Amendment Effective Date, Obligors, Term Agent and Term Loan Lenders are agreeing to the Sixth Second Amendment to Term Loan Agreement, Agreement in the form attached hereto as Annex I. Agent and Lenders hereby acknowledge and consent to the Sixth Second Amendment to Term Loan Agreement, including, without limitation, for purposes of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Amendment to Term Loan Agreement. Each of the undersigned Lenders and Agent hereby acknowledge that as of the Thirteenth Eleventh Amendment Effective Date, Obligors, Term Agent and Term Loan Lenders are agreeing to the Sixth Fifth Amendment to Term Loan Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Annex I. Agent and Lenders hereby acknowledge and consent to the Sixth Fifth Amendment to Term Loan Agreement, including, without limitation, for purposes of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Amendment to Term Loan Agreement. Agent and Lenders hereby acknowledge and consent to the Sixth Amendment to Term Loan Agreement, including, without limitation, for purposes of the Intercreditor Agreement.
