Amendment to the Combination Therapy Promotion Plan. The JCC shall regularly review and discuss the Combination Therapy Promotion Plan and subject to Section 3.5, the JCC may, as necessary, review and update the then-current Combination Therapy Promotion Plan. In the event of any inconsistency between the Combination Therapy Promotion Plan and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
