Implementation Plan. The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.
Implementation Plan. A. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s Implementation Plan as approved by DHCS, including the administration of beneficiary problem resolution processes as required by 42 CFR 438.10.
B. The Contractor shall not provide DMC-ODS services without: 1) an approved Implementation Plan approved by DHCS and CMS; and 2) a CMS approved State/County Intergovernmental Agreement executed by DHCS and the Contractor’s Board of Supervisors.
C. The Contractor shall obtain written approval by DHCS prior to making any changes to the Implementation Plan.
Implementation Plan. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s Implementation Plan as approved by the Department, including the administration of beneficiary problem resolution processes. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, §§ 1810.310, 1850.205-1850.208.) The Contractor shall obtain written approval by the Department prior to making any changes to the Implementation Plan as approved by the Department. The Contractor may implement the changes if the Department does not respond in writing within thirty calendar (30) days. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.310(c)(5).)
Implementation Plan. Within ninety (90) days after the Approval Date, or such other date as agreed upon by the Parties, the Implementation Team shall reach agreements on items to be included in an operations manual (the “Implementation Plan”), which shall include (i) processes and procedures to implement the terms and conditions set forth herein, (ii) documentation of the various items described in this Agreement which are to be included in the Implementation Plan, including the following matters, and (iii) any other matters agreed upon by the Implementation Team:
(1) A Plan as provided in Section 18.2;
(2) Access to all necessary OSS functions, including interfaces and gateways;
(3) Escalation procedures for ordering, provisioning and maintenance;
(4) Single points of contact for ordering, provisioning and maintenance;
(5) Service ordering, provisioning and maintenance procedures, including provision of the trunks and facilities;
(6) Joint testing between Ameritech and Requesting Carrier of facilities, trunk and loops;
(7) Procedures and processes for Directories and Directory Listings;
(8) Training and the charges associated therewith;
(9) Billing procedures; and
(10) Guidelines for administering access to Ameritech’s Structure.
Implementation Plan. Within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, the Implementation Team shall reach agreements on items to be included in the operations manual (the “Implementation Plan” ), which shall include (i) processes, and procedures, and milestone agreements reached by the Implementation Team, (ii) documentation of the various items described in this Agreement which are to be included in the Implementation Plan, including the following matters, and (iii) any other matters agreed upon by the Implementation Team:
(1) A Plan as provided in Section 8.1;
(2) Access to all necessary OSS functions, including interfaces and gateways;
(3) Procedures that specify the requisite time period(s) in which Ameritech shall give requesting carrier notice and the applicable information and specifications regarding any changes to interfaces of the OSS functions;
(4) Escalation procedures for provisioning and maintenance;
(5) Single points of contact for provisioning and maintenance;
(6) Service ordering and provisioning procedures, including provision of the trunks and facilities;
(7) Provisioning and maintenance support;
(8) Conditioning of Collocation spaces and maintenance of Virtually Collocated equipment;
(9) Procedures and processes for Directories and Directory Listings;
(10) Service referral procedures, including procedures for handling misdirected inquiries and calls and procedures for handling out-of-service or irate Customers;
(11) Training;
(12) Billing, including measurements, rating and validation process;
(13) Network planning components, including system architecture, planning SONET equipment configuration, fiber hand-off, test and acceptance of SONET ring, trunking, signaling, and augment process;
(14) Joint systems readiness and operational readiness plans; and
(15) Guidelines for administering access to Rights-of-way, poles and conduits of Ameritech. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including Section 19.5), The Implementation Plan will ensure that no later than the end of Contract Month 6, the operational interfaces will be capable of supporting all classes and complexities of orders for Network Elements and Resale Services and all Network Elements and Resale Services are available to order, at all required volume levels.
Implementation Plan. 1. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s Implementation Plan (IP) as approved by DHCS.
2. The Contractor shall not provide DMC-ODS services without: 1) an approved IP approved by DHCS and CMS, and 2) a CMS approved Intergovernmental Agreement executed by DHCS and the Contractor’s Board of Supervisors.
3. The Contractor shall obtain written approval by DHCS prior to making any changes to the IP.
Implementation Plan. The Local Enterprise Partnership in consultation with the Relevant Local Authorities shall design and submit to the Secretary of State a 5 year implementation plan (which sets out the major steps and the individual(s) and organisation(s) who will be responsible to set up, operate and deliver the objectives and priorities which have been agreed for the Enterprise Zone) no later than 31st March 2017.
Implementation Plan. 10.1 The Joint Committee shall approve the Implementation Plan at its first meeting which complies with the provisions of clause 10.2 below. The Implementation Plan in order to be adopted must also be approved by the Welsh Government and the UK Government which may be given either before or after it is considered for adoption by the Joint Committee.
10.2 The Implementation Plan shall set out the high level activities that shall support the delivery of the Swansea Bay City Deal and shall include details of the nature of each of the projects, their outcomes and benefits, key tasks and the indicative timeline and interdependencies between the projects.
10.3 The Joint Committee shall review the Implementation Plan annually. The first review shall take place no later than one year after the approval of the Implementation Plan. Reviews in later years shall take place no later than one year after the previous review.
Implementation Plan. Implementation Plan. The framework for implementation of the Program will be further elaborated in a set of documents, in form and substance approved by MCC, consisting of
(i) a Work Plan, (ii) a Detailed Financial Plan, (iii) an Audit Plan and (iv) a Procurement Plan (each, an “Implementation Plan Document” and collectively the “Implementation Plan”). MCA-El Salvador will submit its proposed Implementation Plan for review and approval by MCC before the initial Disbursement of Program Funding and at least on an annual basis thereafter (or in such other interval as may be required by the Program Guidelines). MCC will review the proposed Implementation Plan and as necessary may request MCA-El Salvador to submit clarifications or adjustments. MCA-El Salvador will submit an updated Implementation Plan or updated Implementation Plan Document during any quarter in which significant changes or modifications are made to a Project or to the Program, or when MCA-El Salvador determines that the expected results, targets and milestones for the specified year are not likely to be achieved; provided, however, that an updated Detailed Financial Plan will be submitted each quarter. In such instances, MCA-El Salvador will submit to MCC for approval a proposed revised Implementation Plan or updated Implementation Plan Document (as applicable) on the same date as the next Periodic Report is due. MCA-El Salvador will ensure that the implementation of the Program is conducted in accordance with the Implementation Plan.
