Amendment to the Conditions. XXXX has the right to make amendments to the Conditions. These amendments will take effect on the announced effective date. XXXX will send the amended conditions to the Other Party in time. If the Other Party has not been informed of an effective date, the amendments will take effect for the Other Party as soon as the amendments have been announced.
Amendment to the Conditions. The Principal Paying Agent may, without the consent of the Bondholders, agree to any modification or arrangement of the Terms of the Bonds which, in the opinion of the Principal Paying Agent, is of a formal, minor or technical nature or is made to correct a manifest error.
