Amendment to the Guaranty. The second paragraph on page 1 of the Guaranty is hereby amended to read as follows: “The liability of the Guarantor under this Guaranty shall be limited to the sum of $4,660,000.”

(a) the full and prompt payment when due, whether by acceleration or otherwise, either before or after maturity thereof, of the Revolving Credit Notes made by Borrower to the order of the Lenders in the aggregate principal face amount of up to Forty Million and No/100 Dollars ($40,000,000.00), and of the Swing Loan Note, made by the Borrower to the order of KeyBank National Association in the principal face amount of Ten Million and No/100 Dollars $10,000,000.00, together with interest as provided in the Revolving Credit Notes and the Swing Loan Note and together with any replacements, supplements, renewals, modifications, consolidations, restatements, increases and extensions thereof; and”

Amendment to the Guaranty. The Guaranty and the Exhibits and Schedules thereto are hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages attached as Schedule 5 hereto.
Amendment to the Guaranty. The Administrative Agent shall have received an executed copy of the amendment to the Guaranty attached hereto as Exhibit A.
