Common use of Amendments and Change Notices Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Change Notices. 8.1.1 The Board or Chief Executive Officer or designee may require the addition and/or change of certain terms and conditions in this Master Agreement during the term of this Master Agreement. The County reserves the right to add and/or change such provisions as required by the Board or Chief Executive Officer. To implement such orders, an Amendment to this Master Agreement must be prepared and executed by Contractor and by the Sheriff or his designee.
