Service Start Date. If a Service Request is accepted and becomes a Service Order, the LFC will either:
Service Start Date. The first payment plus setup charges, if any, shall be due in advance of any service provided. Service shall begin upon Company receipt of payment for such first Term of service or upon a mutually agreed upon alternate date.
Service Start Date. The Service Start Date is as set forth in the Order or, if not addressed, shall be determined by the date that Hardware is delivered to Customer (ex- works unless otherwise agreed in writing). In the event that Geoforce does not provide Hardware to Customer, the Service Start Date for each asset shall be the date that each asset is made capable of being activated on the Geoforce system by Geoforce.
Service Start Date. Consultant shall begin providing services pursuant to this Agreement upon Consultant’s termination of employment (for any reason) with the Company (the “Service Start Date”).

Service Start Date. Services will be made available by the Service Start Date(s) set forth on Exhibit A assuming this Agreement has been signed by both Parties. After the Effective Date, SolidaritUS will provide design and setup services prior to Service Start Date, subject to Client’s payment of any required Implementation Fee and any other fees required for such services. SolidaritUS will not conduct Health Screens prior to this Agreement being signed by both Parties.
Service Start Date. New members will be reviewed for eligibility in the Credit Union’s Mobile Check Deposit service after thirty (30) calendar days of membership. The member must be in good standing before receiving access to the service.
Service Start Date. Upon installation, connection, testing and acceptance of the necessary facilities and equipment to provide the Services, Provider shall provide electronic notification to Customer that the Services are available for use, which date of electronic notification shall be called the “Service Start Date.” Any failure or refusal on the part of Customer to be ready to receive the Services on the Billing Date shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay applicable Service charges. The Term of Services under the MSA commences upon the Service Start Date and not the Effective Date.

If Roambee did not provide Devices to Customer, the Service Start Date for each asset shall be the date that each asset is made capable of being activated on the Roambee system by Roambee.
Service Start Date. Where applicable, DCLUX may provide the Customer with an estimated installation date and lead-time by communicating those on the Order Form or by any other means of notice. Unless expressly agreed by the Parties and confirmed in written by DCLUX, both the installation date and lead-time shall only be provided for informational purposes. Under no circumstances shall DCLUX be responsible or liable for any delay in, or modification of the installation date and lead-time. DCLUX shall immediately notify the Customer when the Managed IP Services are available for the Customer's use. (the “Service Start Date”)
