Amendments and Variations. 00.0. Xx amendments to the Contract will be valid unless they have been agreed in writing by the Parties. 46.2. Any variation in the Project shall be agreed in writing by the Parties to the Contract before such variation is implemented. In the event of such variation, the Contract Price shall be subject to such fair and reasonable adjustment as may be agreed between the Parties. 46.3. The Service Provider shall not be entitled to payment for any of the Project that has not been authorised in writing by the Authority.
