Certain Rights of Service Provider. The Service Provider after obtaining prior written approval from the Principal shall have the right to include photographic or artistic representations of the design of the Project among the Service Provider’s promotional and professional materials. The Service Provider shall be given reasonable access to the completed Project to make such representations. However, the Service Provider’s materials shall not include the Principal’s confidential or proprietary information regardless of whether or not the Principal has previously advised the Service Provider in writing of the specific information considered by the Principal to be confidential or proprietary.

Certain Rights of Service Provider. The Service Provider shall have the right to include photographic or artistic representations of the design of the Project among the Service Provider’s promotional and professional materials after obtaining prior written approval from the Principal. The Service Provider shall be given reasonable access to the completed Project to make such representations. These materials also shall not contain any information or data that shall be used in accordance to any conditions and requirements set forth by the Principal or other entity; in this case the Service Provider shall comply with such conditions and requirements.

  • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within the Vendor’s Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.

  • UNITS OF SERVICE CONTRACTOR shall provide, pursuant to the Agreement, no more than 25 four (4) months of Recovery Residence Services, equivalent to a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) 26 Recovery Residence Units of Service, per Resident within a twelve (12) month period, unless otherwise 27 authorized in writing by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may increase or decrease maximum 28 length of stay in writing for specific populations as needed to accommodate the demand for Recovery 29 Residence services. Residents may be allowed to stay up to an additional thirty (30) calendar days beyond 30 the maximum allowable with prior approval from ADMINISTRATOR.
