Common use of Amendments/Budget Changes Clause in Contracts

Amendments/Budget Changes. a) This Agreement may be changed, amended, modified or extended only by mutual consent of the parties provided that such consent shall be in writing and executed by the parties hereto prior to the time such change shall take effect, with the exception of changes and amendments that are made mandatory by the Project Sponsor under the sponsoring grant/contract, which will take effect in accordance with the Project Sponsor’s requirements and schedule.
