AMENDMENTS BY PARENT The Parent. (acting on behalf of each of the Obligors) may agree (and in the case of a manifest error, the Facility Agent may agree with the Parent) any amendment to or modification of the provisions of any of the Finance Documents or any schedule thereto, or grant any waiver or consent in relation thereto.
