AMENDMENTS, ETC., OF THE LOAN AGREEMENT. Neither the Issuer nor the Trustee shall consent to any other amendment, change or modification of the Loan Agreement without the giving of notice and the written approval or consent of the owners of not less than a majority in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds at the time Outstanding. Such notice and consent shall be given and procured as provided in Section 10.2 hereof. If at any time the Issuer or the Company shall request the consent of the Trustee to any such proposed amendment, change or modification of the Loan Agreement, the Trustee shall, upon being reasonably indemnified by the Company with respect to expenses, cause notice of such proposed amendment, change or modification to be given in the same manner as provided in Section 10.2 hereof. Such notice shall briefly set forth the nature of such proposed amendment, change or modification and shall state that copies of the instrument embodying the same are on file at the principal office of the Trustee for inspection by all Bondholders.
