AMENDMENTS NOT EFFECTIVE UNLESS IN WRITING. No addition to, variation of or agreed cancellation of the Finance Documents shall be of any force or effect unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of the parties and then such modification, waiver or cancellation or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance in respect of which it was expressed to be effective and only for the purpose and to the extent for which made or given.
