DEFINITIONS AND INTRODUCTION. 1.1 The definitions used in this Schedule 9 (Governance) are as set out in clause 1.2 of this Agreement.
1.2 This Schedule sets out the governance model for this Agreement, including the roles and responsibilities of the parties required to maintain an effective working relationship.
