Common use of Amendments of Certain Provisions of the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments of Certain Provisions of the Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement is, upon the occurrence of the Amendment Effective Date (as hereinafter defined), hereby amended to read as follows: (a) Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to add the following new definitions in their appropriate alphabetical order:
