Common use of Amendments of Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Amendments of Indebtedness. Amend, modify, or change in any manner any term or condition of any Indebtedness set forth in Schedule 7.03, any Junior Indebtedness, or any agreement with respect to Qualified Preferred Stock, in each case, in a manner adverse to the Lenders or that would effect a prepayment not otherwise permitted under Section 7.14.
