Treatment of Indebtedness. Failure of Licensee to satisfy the financial obligations of this Agreement may result in the following:
A. Imposition of a late fee, in accordance with the fee University process
B. Revocation of the License Agreement

1. Imposition of a late fee in accordance with the fee schedule.
Treatment of Indebtedness. Failure of Licensee to satisfy the financial obligations of this License Agreement may result in one or more of the following:
1. Imposition of a late fee in accordance with the fee schedule.
2. Withholding of University services pursuant to subsection 42380, et seq., California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Division 5, Chapter 1, Subchapter 5, Article 11. This includes items such as: availability of official transcripts and/or denial of registration.
3. Offset of paychecks, loans, grants, or scholarships payable through the University, and/or income tax refunds or rebates.
4. Revocation of the License Agreement.
5. Legal action to collect unpaid obligations.
Treatment of Indebtedness. Failure to pay I-House fees will result in denial of further meals, as well as prevent release of transcripts and registration for the following semester. It may also result in eviction from the premises in accordance with the provisions of section no. 8 of this license. The I-House assumes no responsibility for reserving space for students who have paid fees with checks that have been returned by their banks for various reasons.

Failure of Licensee to satisfy the financial obligations of this License Agreement may result in the following: ▪ Revocation of the License Agreement. ▪ Eviction. ▪ Withholding of University services pursuant to Section 42380, et. seq., Title 5, California Code of Regulations. Which can include denial of registration. ▪ Offset of paychecks, loans, grants or scholarships payable through the University, and/or income tax refunds or rebates. ▪ Payment of any attorney fees, court costs and any other collection costs that may occur.
Treatment of Indebtedness a) Failure of Licensee to satisfy the financial obligations of this License may result in the following:
i) Imposition of late fees, in accordance with the fee schedule ii) Suspension of Dining Plan services, without compensation
iii) Revocation of the License
iv) Eviction
v) Withholding of University services pursuant to Title 5, California Code of Regulations §§42380-42381, which includes, but is not limited to, withholding official transcripts, denial of registration, and/or withholding of services and use of facilities
vi) Offset of paychecks, loans, grants, or scholarships payable through the University, and/or State income tax refunds or rebates
vii) Notice of default to credit bureau organizations
viii) Payment for costs for attorney fees and other reasonable collection costs and charges accrued during the collection of said amounts
ix) Legal action to collect unpaid obligations.
b) By signing this License, Licensee agrees that the Housing and Dining Plan fees are an extension of credit for living expenses and are considered to be an educational debt.
Treatment of Indebtedness. Any failure by the Licensee to satisfy the financial obligations of this Agreement may result in the following:
A. Imposition of a late fee, in accordance with the University’s fee schedules;
B. Revocation of the Agreement and removal from Premises;
C. Withholding of University services and registration privileges;
D. Offset or garnishment of paychecks, loans, grants, scholarships, lottery winnings and income tax refunds or rebates;
E. Referral to and legal action for collection of any balance due or past due, including for the recovery of the costs of collection;
F. Notification to credit bureau organizations of any past-due status and/or balances.

A) Imposition of a late fee
B) Revocation of the License Agreement

B) Revocation of the License Agreement;
C) Eviction;
D) Withholding of University services pursuant to 42380, et seq, Title V, California Code of Regulations. This would include 1) Withholding official transcript 2) Denial of registration 3) Holds being placed on grades, registration, financial aid, and transcripts. Hold releases will not be issued unless proof of incoming payment is provided such as 1) official Financial Aid documenting of incoming funds 2) official bank receipt showing a purchase of a cashier’s check or money order in the full amount past due E) Offset of paychecks, loans, grants, or scholarship payable through the University, and/or state income tax refunds or rebates;

Resident acknowledges that failure to satisfy the financial obligations of this License Agreement may, to the maximum extent permitted by law, result in the following: • Imposition of a late fee, in accordance with the fee schedule • The cancellation, suspension, or termination of components of Resident’s meal plan • Temporary removal of internet access and/or cable access • Lock change • Placing a negative service indicator on Resident’s account, • Termination of the Agreement • Eviction • Offset of paychecks, loans, grants or scholarship payable through the University, and/or income tax refunds or rebates • Legal action to collect unpaid obligations
