Amendments on Admission or Removal of Partners. A. If this Agreement shall be amended to reflect the withdrawal admission or Removal substitution of a Limited Partner, the amendment to this Agreement may be adopted by either of the General Partner Partners, the Person to be substituted or added, and the continuation of the business of the assigning Limited Partnership, Partner. Any such amendment shall be signed executed on behalf of all Partners but may be executed by the remaining substituted or successor added Partner, the assigning Partner, and either of the General Partner Partners, individually and by on behalf of all of the Removed General Partnerother Partners pursuant to the power of attorney granted in Section 12.5 of this Agreement.
