Amendments on Admission, Withdrawal or Removal of Partners. A. If this Agreement shall be amended to reflect the admission or substitution of a Partner, the amendment to this Agreement may be adopted by the Managing Partner, the Person to be substituted or added, and the assigning Partner. Any such amendment shall be executed on behalf of all Partners but may be executed by the substituted or added Partner, the assigning Partner, and the Managing Partner, individually and on behalf of all of the other Partners pursuant to the power of attorney granted in Section 12.5.
