Amendments or Waivers of Organization Documents. No Credit Party shall agree to any material amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to, or waiver of any of its Organization Documents, in each case in a manner that is materially adverse to the Lenders, in each case after the Closing Date, without in each case obtaining the prior written consent of Required Lenders to such amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification or waiver.
