Common use of Amendments, Supplements, Etc Clause in Contracts

Amendments, Supplements, Etc. Forthwith upon the execution and delivery of each Mortgage Supplement from time to time required by the terms of the Mortgage and upon the execution and delivery of any amendment to the Mortgage or this Agreement, the Borrower will cause such Mortgage Supplement or amendment to be duly filed and recorded, and maintained of record, in accordance with the applicable laws of the government of registry of the Aircraft. In addition, the Borrower will promptly and duly execute and deliver to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) such further documents and take such further action as the Lenders or the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) may from time to time reasonably request in order to more effectively carry out the intent and purpose of the Mortgage and to establish and protect the rights and remedies created or intended to be created in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder and under the Mortgage, including, without limitation, if requested by the Administrative Agent, at the expense of Borrower, the execution and delivery of supplements or amendments hereto, each in recordable form, subjecting to the Mortgage any engine substituted for any Engine pursuant to the terms thereof and the recording or filing of counterparts hereof, in accordance with the laws of such jurisdiction as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
