Amendments to Allocation to Reflect Issuance of Additional Membership Interests In the event that the Company issues additional Membership Interests to the Managing or any Additional Member pursuant to Article 4 hereof, the Managing Member shall make such revisions to this Article 6 as it determines are necessary to reflect the terms of the issuance of such additional Membership Interests, including making preferential allocations to certain classes of Membership Interests.
