Common use of Amendments to Annexes Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Annexes. 2 and 3 1. Without prejudice to the legal procedures of each Party with respect to the conclusion and amendment of international agreements, amendments relating to: (a) Annex 2 (Product Specific Rules); or (b) Annex 3 (Data Elements for Documentary Evidence of Origin), may be made by diplomatic notes exchanged between the Governments of the Parties. 2. Any amendment pursuant to paragraph 1 shall enter into force on the date to be agreed by the Parties.
